1. System Troubleshooting – Candidates must have 1 year experience in troubleshooting experience in Desktop, Laptop
2. Basic Knowledge of Server administration– Candidates must have basic  knowledge of Server administration and Server hardware knowledge
3. Networking – Candidates must have troubleshooting experience in networking devices
4. Outlook configuration – Candidates must have troubleshooting experience in configuring the outlook mail and troubleshooting knowledge
5. Remote Access – Candidates must have experience in remote support by third party software
6. Projectors – Candidates must have experience in projector
7. Printers – Candidates must have troubleshooting experience in printers and basic knowledge in copier
8.  UPS – Candidates must have basic  knowledge of UPS
9. WebEx – Candidates must have basic  knowledge of Chat and Hangout
10. Firewall – Candidates must have configuration and troubleshooting experience in Firewall
11.  Backups – Candidates must have basic  knowledge of Backup devices
12. Anti-Virus – Candidates must have experience in Anti-Virus software installation and Management
13. Mirroring – At  least have experience in mirroring concept
14. Coordination with vendor and partner.
